Who we are
Communication coaching, without the theory lecture.
Speech Hub is a team of classically trained actors, a former infantry officer and an award-winning broadcaster. We take the techniques taught at Britain’s best drama schools and put them to work in boardrooms, pitches and interviews. Every session is a rehearsal room: you stand up, you speak, you get precise feedback, and you leave with something you can use on Monday.
For individuals
One-to-one coaching built around what you actually need to do. Public speaking, accent softening, elocution, media training and interview preparation, in our London studio or online.
We start by finding your baseline, then work on the specific things holding you back, so the change is measured rather than hoped for.

For teams
Bespoke programmes built around your organisation’s real situations: the client pitch you keep losing, the all-hands nobody remembers, the technical experts who cannot get a board to listen.
Half-day workshops through to multi-week programmes, delivered at your offices or remotely, and quoted to fit.

For organisations
Communication training your team will actually use.
Most communication training is a slide deck and a nice afternoon. Ours is a rehearsal room. Your people stand up, speak, get precise feedback and leave with tools they can apply in Monday’s meeting, not a workbook they will never open.
Every programme is built around your organisation’s actual situations: the client pitch you keep losing, the all-hands nobody remembers, the technical experts who cannot get a board to listen. Half-day workshops through to multi-week programmes, in person at your offices or remote.
01
Leadership & executive presence
For the people whose words carry weight. Command a room, hold a line under challenge, and make the strategy sound like something worth following.
02
Client-facing & sales teams
Pitch, present and handle the difficult question. We work on structure, tone and emphasis so the value you are offering actually lands.
03
Media & public profile
Camera, radio, podcast and press. Stay on message, stay composed, and protect your reputation when the questions get sharp.
Our framework
And how we measure it: SPEAKIT.
Seven letters. Seven things that decide whether a room believes you. Developed in-house, and the reason our clients can see their progress rather than just feel it.
We do not publish what the seven stand for. It is ours, and it works best when a coach walks you through your own scores rather than when you read about it. Book the free call and we will take you through your SPEAKIT profile: where you are strong, where you are losing the room, and which letter to fix first.

Who we coach
The graduate and the chief executive. Often in the same building.
Nerves do not respect a job title. We coach the intern presenting for the first time and the chief executive presenting to the market, and the techniques are the same, because the problem is the same.
What changes is the stakes and the room. A graduate needs to be heard in a meeting they were lucky to be invited to. A director needs to hold a line under challenge. A chief executive needs three hundred people to believe a strategy. Same tools, different pressure.
How it works
Three steps. The first one is free.
You do not need to know what you need. That is what the call is for.

“Speech Hub boasts an incredibly diverse client base, helping people from all over the world.”

Who we are
Two actors, one former infantry officer, and a lot of flat whites.
Tom and Connor trained together at drama school, went their separate ways, built their own client bases as solo coaches, and then decided to join forces.
Speech Hub was born from a simple idea: the communication and confidence techniques taught at Britain’s best drama schools are far too useful to stay inside the performing industry. Since then the team has grown to include an award-winning broadcaster and coaches who have worked with government advisors, councillors, TV personalities, clinicians, soldiers, and even astronauts.

For individuals
Any of this sound like you?
You go quiet in the room
You feel self-conscious speaking up, whether it is the first time or the thousandth, and the good idea stays in your head.
You get in your own way
You come out of meetings kicking yourself. The presentation did not land the way it did in your head, and you know the idea deserved better.
You are turning things down
You avoid the opportunities that would move your career forward, because the speaking part of it feels like too much.
Before you book
Sensible questions.
What actually happens on the discovery call?
Thirty minutes, video or phone. We ask what you are working towards and what keeps getting in the way, then tell you what we would do about it, including if that means recommending someone else. There is no pitch and no obligation to book anything.
Do you work with teams as well as individuals?
Yes. Group work is a large part of what we do. Programmes run from a half-day workshop to a multi-week engagement, delivered at your offices or remotely, and are quoted bespoke.
Will accent softening change how I sound?
It is about clarity, not about replacing your identity. We refine pronunciation and rhythm so any listener can follow you easily. Your voice stays yours.
In person or online?
Either. We coach from our London studio and remotely across the world; our client base spans more than a dozen countries. Corporate work is usually delivered on site.
How do I know it is working?
The ten-session course includes a full SPEAKIT assessment before and after, so improvement is measured rather than guessed at. Shorter engagements still start with a baseline in session one.
Are you a blue light holder, a member of the forces, or working in the charity sector?
Then get in touch about the discounts available. We offer reduced rates for emergency services personnel, serving and former military, and people working for registered charities, on individual coaching and on team programmes. Mention it on your discovery call or email info@speechhubuk.com and we will tell you exactly what we can do.
Are you a recognised provider?
Speech Hub is a registered UK learning provider (UKPRN 10100682).
