fundamentals (“pillars”) of communication will provide staff with techniques to use emphasis, intonation,

rhythm, and tone to enhance every interaction, ensuring messages are received clearly and guests feel

valued. By understanding how to adjust vocal elements according to context—whether in warm greetings,

informative exchanges, or problem resolution—staff will gain greater control over the impact of their

communication. Through practical exercises, participants will learn to convey meaning with precision and

adapt vocal expression to reflect the level of care and refinement expected at a luxurious hotel. This

workshop aims to build confidence in vocal delivery, creating a guest experience that embodies the essence
